Arrangement: Riders are arranged 2 across, 4 seats per car for a total of 12 riders per train.
Notes: At the time it was built it was part of the largest capital investment in the park's 30-year history together with Déjà Vu and X.
Structure: This is an interesting case as Goliath Jr was totally customized. The train was rebuilt from the chassis on up, supports were replaced to resemble big daddy Goliath, and the entire structure was repainted orange and teal to match its patriarch.
History: Formerly Wile E Coyote Coaster from 1985-1998, and Clown Coaster from 1971-1984 before that. While at SFMM, that ride geared as a smaller version of Colossus with one 18-passenger train sitting two per seat and was removed to make way for the new Bugs Bunny World. Ride time was 1:30 minutes.
The ride may have been relocated from Beverly Park which was owned in part by David Bradley (1/2 of Bradley & Kaye). Typically rides were demoed in his park until they were sold. The first prototype of this oval junior coaster was installed at the park in 1946. Difficult to determine the origin of this model.
