|
Features: Extensive theming abounds on most Batman clones. Entrance to the ride is actually the entrance to Gotham City Park complete with street lamps and a fountain, where you see a plaque that says, "Dedicated to the citizens of Gotham City through the generosity of Bruce Wayne." Around the corner is the seedier side of Gotham including graffiti wrought walls, abandoned junk, and is considerably dirtier.
You pass through a sewer drain into an overflow queue warehouse. Next you head towards a large and ominous looking ventilation fan and ascend the steps of the Axis chemical plant from the original movie bearing the same name. The loading area is cleverly disguised as the Batcave with theatrical music and cycled lighting. Before you board the train, you can see a vault case on the exit ramp holding a lighted copy of the Batsuit. As you ponder just how does it wear skintight latex you begin thinking ... I'm in for a ride!

Theming is awesome. B&M did such a great job with including as many as five elements into this short ride making Batman their signature ride of the 20th century. Its jam-packed circuit really takes you on a whirlwind journey as you travel with the dark crusader. Best when rode at knight, of course! I rate it 7 's
