i just heard that six flags great adventure was gettin a new coaster that would top top thrill dragster in cedar point. Kingda ka will go 128mph , and be 465 ft. Theres a couple concerns about 1 of my homeparks . 1 if there having trouble with getting dragster getting up 420 ft . how the heck are they gonna get it up 45 ft. more. are they gonna make the runway longer so it can pick up more speed. It dosent seem like its gonna work because 8 mph. might not cut the extra 45 ft. needing to clear the hill . My second problem is that ssix flags great adventure is known for not taking care of its rides thats what seperates great adventure from cedar point. just take rolling thunder at great adventure for instance . Its barrily ever greased and they painted it because they basically had to , and the stamps they give out at cedar point to come back and ride lets say millenium force at 3;30 great adventure makes u pay 30.00 bucks for it . Im very worried about how they will take care of this coaster hopefully it wont have the problems dragster had through its 2 years ill be there when it opens a week earlier because of being a season pass holder cant wait . email me if u no wut there gonna use to try 2 keep it from rolling back at Brian.Drager@verizon.net
Top Thrill Dragster works great now. Regardless on whether or not it makes it over the hill, that's simply added thrill time to the rider. I would be more concerned if it were a chain lift coaster!
